As part of this agreement, users are strictly prohibited from listing or selling products that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade dress, and rights of publicity.
Our policy is to promptly remove any content reported in good faith as infringing upon intellectual property rights, and to take action against repeat violators, including account termination.

If you believe a takedown notice was filed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. However, please be aware that falsely claiming non-infringement may result in legal consequences. If unsure, consult with an attorney before proceeding.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, Shopicos may notify the original claimant. Unless the intellectual property owner takes legal action within 10 business days, the material may be restored within 10–14 business days.
Shopicos tracks repeat intellectual property violations. If multiple infringement claims are received against your account, we may suspend or permanently terminate access to our services.
Accounts that violate our Terms of Service or the spirit of our policies may also be subject to termination, even without multiple strikes.
